- Unless otherwise required by applicable law, applicants must have a minimum combined income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent
- TransUnion Resident Score to determine satisfactory credit history (Some
outcomes may result in the requirement of an additional deposit, guarantor or denial)
- No foreclosures within the last 5 years
- No bankruptcy filings within the last 2 years
- No eviction judgments and/or unlawful detainers within the last 2-5 years (Conditions apply)
Rent2OwnCribs will also verify your household income as well as run a credit check and background check. Applicants may be asked to provide supporting documents, such as bank statements, tax returns, and other information to be used in our underwriting verification process.
